| Direct Booking Cancellations | Standard tiered policy: >30 days prior (Full refund less transfer fees); 15-30 days (50% refund); 14 days or less, or No-Show (Non-refundable). Third-party OTA bookings follow platform terms. |
| Liability & Property Damage | Guests are liable for damaged or missing property items during their stay. Acellyne Properties Inc. is not liable for loss of personal valuables left unattended. |
