Guest Guidelines & Policies
Essential standards to ensure safety, peace, and comfort for all guests.
These rules apply to all units operated under the Acellyne's Suites brand. Adherence to house rules and building administration policies is mandatory for all registered guests and visitors.

| Guest Limits & Identification | All adult guests must submit valid government photo IDs prior to arrival for building security manifest registration. Maximum capacity must not be exceeded. | Undeclared guests refused entry by building security. |
| Pets | Pets are strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing for pet-designated units prior to booking. | Cleaning fine and potential cancellation. |
