Reservation

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. A the total booking amount is required upon reservation. Cancellations made a day prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and others. Full payment is due upon check-in. All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its facilities. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property by themselves or their visitors.

Payment

Common Extra Fees if applicable; While most of our properties do not have extra fees, some may have applicable additional charges. Please be aware that this depends on the specific property’s policies.

Resort Fees: These cover amenities like pools, fitness centers, Wi-Fi, or beach access. 
Cleaning Fees: These cover the cost of cleaning the accommodation after the guest’s departure.
Pet Fees: If allowed pets, you’ll likely charge a fee to cover the extra cleaning and potential damage.
Extra Person Fees: You might charge a fee for each guest exceeding the limit per room.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out Fees: If the guests arrive earlier or depart later than standard check-in/check-out times can also incur a charges.
Parking Fees: If parking is available in the properties but not complimentary.
Rollaway Bed/Crib Fees: Request of  extra beds or cribs, specify the associated charges.
Amenity Fees (Specific): Can be charge separately for things like using the sauna, hot tub, or other specific amenities.

While many hotels are now paperless and can look up your reservation using your name or confirmation number, having a digital or printed copy offers peace of mind and can save you time and potential hassle.

Here’s what we recommend:

Digital Copy: The most convenient option is to have a digital copy of your confirmation on your phone or tablet. Take a screenshot or save the email.
Printed Copy (Optional but Recommended): While not always strictly necessary, a printed copy can be helpful, especially if you’re traveling to an area with unreliable internet access or if you prefer to have a physical record.
